- Spades (60ml Sapiir / 15ml Gin)
- 45ml Apple Juice
- 15ml Passionfruit Pulp
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Gomme 90ml Soda
METHOD
- Build all ingredients (excluding the soda) into a glass,
- Fill with ice and stir
- Top with soda
- Garnish with dehydrated pineapple and a fresh cherry.
