The martini, arguably the king of cocktails, over which many arguments have been had. Clean or dirty, wet or dry, we love them all. This recipe is an ode to the dirtiest of the martinis and and we’re really going to town on the garnish and the olives for this one. There was only one choice of blend for this beauty, our green, fresh and savoury spades blend is the perfect partner for our olives in this earthy and punchy option on the classic cocktail. Can be shaken or stirred.

- Spades (60ml Sapiir / 60ml Gin)
- 15ml Olive Brine
- 30ml Verjuice
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with grape skewer.
