- Spades (30ml Sapiir / 15ml Gin)
- 60ml Pear Juice
- 120ml Cloudy Pear Soda
METHOD
- Add Spades and pear juice to a highball glass
- Add ice to halfway and Stir
- Top with Pear Soda
- Garnish with speared pear fan
