What better way to kick back and celebrate the end of another hot summer day at the office than with a nice glass of Rose with friends in the dappled sunlight, unless of course you really want to celebrate something a bit special. If that’s the case, then our Royal Blush cocktail is the perfect elevated alternative to a glass of the famous rose coloured option. We’ve even used rose as a base to build on, adding our diamonds blend to give more complexity and bite, then of course the most royal of all fruits, the strawberry, not only to colour and add some sweetness, but also to create a garnish that’s not only beaitiful but of course, delicious as well. No need to be embarased about celebrating in style, let the drink do all the blushing for you.

recipe ingredients & method

INGREDIENTS

  • Diamonds (30ml Sapiir / 15ml Gin)
  • 30ml Orange Juice Dash of Grenadine
  • 90ml Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine

METHOD

  1. Add Diamonds, strawberry gomme and lime to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake for 30 seconds
  3. Pour into wine glass, add chilled non-alc rosé
  4. Garnish with strawberry fan.
