Diamond Sunrise
There are few more beautiful sights in our world than a sunset, and here in australia we’re treated to some of the best sunsets due to our location and weather patterns. In honour of this and to try and transport a little of our great land to you and yours we’ve included a sunrise in our welcome drink for our 6 of Diamonds. The colours in a sunrise give rise to feelings of light and what better blend to use in our sunrise than our diamonds blends that is the best represenation of citrus, particularly native australian citrus which is also some of the best the world has to offer. Welcome your guests with sunshine and light with this great take on a classic.
recipe ingredients & method
INGREDIENTS
- Diamonds (30ml Sapiir / 15ml Gin)
- 30ml Sage Gomme
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 90ml Tonic
METHOD
- Build chilled ingredients into a champagne flute
- Slowly adding the grenadine last so it sits at bottom of the glass (using either a bar spoon or pipette)
