- Diamonds (60ml Sapiir / 30ml Gin)
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Honey Syrup
- 15ml Rosemary Gomme
- 90ml Tonic
- Add all ingredients, except the tonic, to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake well
- Pour into a balloon glass over ice, add tonic Garnish with sprig of rosemary.
