Ingredients
250 ml water
250 g granulated white sugar
zest of 1 lime
zest of 1 lemon
zest of 1 orange
Method
Combine sugar, water, and citrus zest in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, stir, and remove from heat. Cool to room temperature and strain. Will keep up to two weeks refrigerated in a sealed container.
