Step behind the scenes at Brunswick Aces and discover how our award-winning spirits come to life. This 30-minute guided tour takes you through our full distillation process, including our canning and bottling lines, and how we craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic spirits using native Australian botanicals. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of each of our signature blends—so you can experience the flavours for yourself.
Cocktail Masterclass $30

Join us for a hands-on cocktail masterclass led by one of our expert mixologists. You'll learn to make (and drink!) a unique cocktail using Brunswick Aces spirits, exploring flavour balance, technique, and creativity in just 30 minutes. Perfect as a standalone experience or to follow our Distillery Tour.

Make the most of your visit with our full Brunswick Aces experience. Start with a 30-minute guided Distillery Tour, where you’ll explore our production space, learn about our unique distillation process, see our canning and bottling lines in action, and finish with a guided tasting of all our signature blends.
Then, roll straight into our Cocktail Masterclass, where one of our expert mixologists will teach you how to craft (and enjoy) a unique cocktail using our spirits. You’ll pick up tips, techniques, and a delicious drink—all in a relaxed, hands-on setting.
