INGREDIENTS
Spades (60 ml Sapiir / 30ml Gin)
4 Drops Aromatic Bitters
15ml Rosemary Gomme
15ml Lemon Juice (30ml For Gin Recipe)
3 Mandarin Segments
METHOD
Muddle mandarin in glass. Add all ingredients and ice. Stir with bar spoon. Garnish with mandarin and sprig of mint.
