recipe ingredients & method
- Hearts (60ml Sapiir / 30ml Gin)
- 30ml Hibiscus Tea Gomme
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Egg White or 6 Drops Wonderfoam
- 30ml Verjuice
- Add Hearts, hibiscus tea gomme, and lime juice to a balloon glass
- Stir gently
- Add red wine
- Garnish with sprig of thyme & blood orange segment.
