Vanilla Foam

Ingredients 
3 egg whites 
¼ teaspoon vanilla essence 
90 ml simple syrup 
30 ml lemon juice 

Method 
Combine ingredients and whisk on high until thickened. Makes 500 ml of vanilla foam.
