An earthy simple syrup with hints of resin and pine that will add depth and a lovely savoury quality to your next mocktail.
250 ml water
250 g granulated white sugar
3 sprigs rosemary
Combine sugar, water, and rosemary in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, stir, and remove from heat. Cool to room temperature and strain. Will keep up to 2 weeks refrigerated in a sealed container.
