Hibiscus Simple Syrup

Ingredients 
hibiscus tea 
1 cup granulated sugar

Method 
Brew two cups of hibiscus tea (Mexican Jamaica will work beautifully but standard supermarket tea will work just fine). Strain tea into a pot and reduce by half over medium heat. Add sugar to the remaining one cup of tea and stir until dissolved. Will keep up to two weeks refrigerated in a sealed container.
