Garden Party Coupe

Ovant Verve Garden Party Coupe non alcoholic cocktail in coupe with basil garnish

Sweet and tart with a delicate fizz. The watermelon basil shrub beautifully highlights the tulsi basil and white pepper botanicals in this bright and surprisingly complex mocktail. Delicious anytime of year, but especially satisfying on a hot summer afternoon.

Ingredients
60 ml Ovant Verve
30 ml watermelon and basil shrub
15 ml basil and mint syrup
15 ml lemon juice
1 egg white (or aquafaba)

Method
Add Ovant Verve, watermelon and basil shrub, basil and mint syrup, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 5 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for another 10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a basil leaf.
