This juicy mocktail is fruit forward with hints of South East Asia thanks to the botanicals in the gin alternative. The peach pear juice provides a beautiful mouthfeel, rounding out this non-alcoholic cocktail.
Ingredients
60 ml Clovendoe Stem
15 ml lemon juice
30 ml cranberry juice
15 ml simple syrup
60 ml peach pear juice
Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine all ingredients and shake until mixed and cold. Strain into a large glass with crushed ice and garnish with cranberries and mint.
