This alcohol free take on the classic Mai Tai features Gnista Floral Wormwood as a rum alternative. This tropical mocktail is fruit forward, and extra tasty. The almond orgeat adds a creaminess that balances the sweet/tart of the pineapple and lime, while the bitter, herbal notes from the Gnista round it all out into a delightful non alcoholic cocktail.
Ingredients
50 ml Gnista Floral Wormwood
50 ml pineapple purée
40 ml lime cordial
10 ml almond orgeat
Method
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves.
