The warming notes of the Hearts Sapiir add an exotic element to this classic mocktail. Wattleseed, cassia bark and ginger beautifully mellow the fresher notes here and the end result is simply delicious.
Ingredients
45 ml Brunswick Aces Hearts Sapiir
60 ml tonic water
Method
Add Hearts Sapiir to a rocks glass half filled with ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with star anise and dehydrated orange.
