Fancy Fig Mocktail

Ovant Fancy Fig non alcoholic cocktail in a coupe glass served beside fig

A true delight. Created for the Alain Ducasse restaurant at The Dorchester Hotel London, this pretty mocktail leans to the sweet side, with fruity floral overtures. A wonderfully balanced non alcoholic cocktail.

90 ml Ovant Grace 
30 ml fig jam 
1 lemon wedge
1 teaspoon honey

Muddle fig jam, lemon, and honey in a cocktail shaker. Add Ovant Grace and ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass.
