Who doesn’t love a good sour? This non alcoholic version using Sea Arch as a gin alternative is sweet, tart and has a lovely mouthfeel thanks to the egg white.
Ingredients
50 ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
30 ml ruby red grapefruit juice
20 ml lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
1 egg white or 30 ml aquafaba
Method
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds. Add two large ice cubes and shake for a further 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with powdered raspberries.
