Ingredients
60 ml Ovant Grace
15 ml salted rosemary simple syrup
2 lemon wedges
soda water
1 dash lemon bitters
Method
Add Ovant Grace and rosemary simple syrup to a highball glass. Squeeze lemon wedges and add to glass. Fill with cubed ice, top with soda water and a dash of bitters. Stir, and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
