The oakiness of the Gnista Barreled Oak, coupled with lemon, ginger, and honey, feels like a warm hug and the foam from the egg white provides a creaminess that pulls everything together. 50 ml Gnista Barreled Oak
2 ml lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
20 ml honey
1 egg white or 30 ml aquafaba
2 dashes angostura bitters (optional)
Shake ingredients with ice, strain, and serve in a cocktail glass with a maraschino cherry.
