Ingredients
50 ml Gnista Floral Wormwood
30 ml lemon juice
30 ml simple syrup
1 egg white or 30 ml aquafaba
Method
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
