INGREDIENTS

Spades (30ml Sapiir / 15ml Gin)
60ml Pear Juice
120ml Cloudy Pear Soda

METHOD

Add Spades and pear juice to a highball glass. Add ice to halfway. Stir. Top with Pear Soda. Garnish with speared pear fan.
